Don't get put off by the name! I thought coaching was only for "real" runners and would be very scary for a mere shuffler like me. I was wrong, the experience was fantastic - friendly, supportive and fun. Andy gave me loads of top tips which not only helped me complete my first Ultra, but helped me to complete it with a huge smile on my face pretty much the whole way round! I would recommend coaching with Andy to anyone, at any stage of their running career.
