Please note that we require 24hrs notice for cancellation of, or change to an appointment otherwise the full fee is payable.
If you can’t avoid cancelling please give us as much notice as possible. If we can fill your appointment, we won’t charge you.
If you book an appointment please respect that we will travel here, put the heating on and be ready to treat you. It’s your choice whether you choose to turn up too, but you will be charged for the time booked.
We regret that due to the refusal of the landlord, Scottish Gas, Scottish water, our insurers, our training institutes, Tescos etc. etc. to reduce their prices to us when our clients don’t keep their appointments, we have to be strict about this. The alternative is a steep increase in treatment price for everyone, or the closure of the Massage Place.
